Heck Yes, We’re Getting Married!

We’ve got the date, the place, and the dance floor ready. All we need is YOU!

August 5 - 7, 2026

We’re getting so excited to gather beneath the redwoods, be surrounded by summer blooms, and dance with the people we love most. Having our favorite people together is the greatest gift we could ask for.

The Set & Setting

Our wedding is inspired by two of nature's most beautiful expressions: redwoods and flowers.

Redwoods have stood for centuries, their roots intertwined, supporting one another through storms, fire, and time. Flowers remind us to cherish the fleeting beauty that surrounds us and to embrace each moment. As we gather together this week, we hope to celebrate both the lifelong connections that brought us here and the beautiful memories we'll create together.

We've rented a private property in Sonoma County, which we've nicknamed The Stodoła (pronounced “stodowa”)—the Polish word for barn—where all of our celebrations will take place. Nestled near some of the oldest redwoods in the world, flower farms, and vineyards, we hope it feels like home: a place to connect, share great meals, raise a glass, and dance together.

Below you'll find everything you need to know, including the itinerary, attire recommendations, and a few tips to help you make the most of our time together.

Wedding Day Attire

Garden party formal.

Dress for an elegant outdoor celebration. Elevate your look with color and botanical-inspired elements and patterns.

In August, Sonoma County typically enjoys warm, sunny days with temperatures ranging from 80–90°F (26–32°C), while evenings cool to 52–56°F (11–13°C).

Ladies: Embrace summer colors, pastels, and floral printed maxi dresses or midi lengths. Stilettos will sink into the grass, so choose wedges, block heels, or dressy flats. We recommend bringing a hat and sunglasses for the afternoon, along with a layer for the evening.

Gents: Lightweight fabrics and relaxed tailoring. Linen suits and sport coats are encouraged over dark suits. We recommend bringing a hat and sunglasses for the afternoon.

Evening Dance Party Attire

You're welcome to stay in your wedding attire, but we also encourage you to bring another fun outfit to change into if you'd prefer something else for dancing. Swap heels for sneakers, change into something a little more playful, or add a fun accessory. We'll have a few festive outfits and accessories on hand to help everyone get into the party spirit. Bring a swimsuit for a late night dip in the pool and hot tub!

Transportation

Transportation will be provided for guests staying off-site so everyone can relax and enjoy.

Poprawiny (pronounced poh-prah-VIN-uh) is a Polish wedding tradition—a continuation of the wedding celebration, bringing everyone back together one more time to eat, drink, and make a few more memories.

11:00 AM | Lunch at The Stodoła

Join us back at The Stodoła for a relaxed lunch by the pool as we ease into the day together. Don’t forget your sunglasses, hat, and swimsuit!

2:00 PM | Russian River Float

After lunch, we'll head to one of our favorite places—the Russian River—for a leisurely float down the water.

We'll have floaties and towels ready for everyone. Just bring your swimsuit and sunscreen.

Of course, you’re also welcome to stay and relax by the pool.
